Munster’s Donnacha Ryan is now taking part in full training with Ireland after shaking off the knock he picked up in the Magners League clash against the Newport Gwent Dragons on the weekend.

The 27-year-old left Musgrave Park after the victory with his arm in a sling after picking up a shoulder injury but the problem cleared up quickly allowing Ryan to resume full training with the national team.

In further injury news for the current league leaders, it has been revealed Denis Hurley will be out of action for between four to six weeks after suffering medial ligament damage to his right knee in the game against Aironi.

Nor is there any good news to report on Jerry Flannery, Barry Murphy or Ian Dowling who continue to rehab their injuries without any news of a possible return but Felix Jones and Peter O'Mahony are both expected to feature in the A game next Wednesday against Ulster in Belfast.
