Leinster captain Leo Cullen is relishing his side’s trip to Thomond Park this weekend, when first meets second in the Magners League table.

Leinster moved up into second following their 26 v 16 victory over the Dragons at Rodney Parade on Saturday and Cullen is looking forward to the titanic battle between the old rivals and is looking for a repeat of last year’s 16 v 15 win in Limerick.

“Munster are playing really well at the moment and are unbelievably consistent,” he said.

“It will be a cracking match and there will be a great atmosphere as there always is at Thomond Park. They have some of the best fans around and I am sure our supporters will be travelling down in numbers too.

“We will have to be clinical and at the top of our game to come away with any points.

“We are coming into the exciting stage of the season, after a lot of hard work we find ourselves here and we must push on.

“Our aim is to reach another Grand Final and then go one stage further and win the competition.”
